1. Before Placing Order

1. Replica Key Usage

   • You are not required to ship your car key to us. We will use a high-quality replica car key that has passed our quality check for the customization.
   • The replica key will consist only of the mechanical part (if applicable) and will not include the electronic chip.

2. Included in the Price

   • The listed price includes a brand new replica car key, one-on-one design consultation, painting work, and worldwide shipping.

3. DIY Chip Transfer

   • After receiving the customized key, you are responsible for transferring the electronic chip and battery from your old key to the new one.
   • Alternatively, you may have a car key accessories shop perform this task, usually at a minimal cost. DIY videos are available for certain models. Contact us for more details.

4. Included Emblem

   • The delivered replica car key will include an emblem that you will need to stick on yourself.

2. Start of Customization Process

1. Customization Steps

   • Browse our selection based on your car make and model to find the corresponding car key photo.
   • After completing your payment, our team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm details such as your car key model and design preferences.

2. Design Drafts and Revisions

   • The first design draft will be available within 10-14 days, with 2 revisions allowed.
   • Once the final design is confirmed, it will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. We will then proceed with the painting work.

3. Lead Time

   • The painting process will take approximately 2 weeks after final design confirmation. This timeline may be subject to delays in case of a high volume of orders.

4. Shipping

   • Once the product is completed, it will be shipped to the address you provided, and you will receive a tracking number.

3. Upon Receiving the Key

1. Mechanical Key Duplication

   • The key you receive will include the mechanical part if your existing key has one. You will need to duplicate the key at a car key accessories shop.

2. Electronic Chip and Battery

   • The received key will not contain the electronic chip. You can either DIY transfer the chip and battery or have a professional do it, usually for a small fee. DIY videos are provided depending on your car model.

3. Credit for Future Purchase

   • We will credit $25 to your account, which can be used for your next purchase with us.
