In our opinion, the replicia key we used are even higher quality in term of materials and finishes as compared to the original key. We do not see any big differences in comparison as replicia car key has existed in the market for more than 20 years and certain made of key have even surpassed original. The electronic chip used are your existing and we do not provide any chip.
As much as we want to serve all our customers, we are unable to cater for all the car key models in the market. You may chat with us to double confirm as we do add on more key model in our collection list time to time.
As the design would required one to one consultation and each paint work take at least 72 hours to complete , not including the revision in the design. Hence an estimated timeline would be 3-4 weeks for product completion , not inclusive of the shipping time.
As we respect that each and everyone has their own opinion on design, we understand that not all first draft would satisify your expectation. We will allowed 2 revisions for each orderl.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for all our products
Your international order may or may not incur duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local custom authority. For more information, do contact your local custom office. We are not liable and responsible for any payment of duties and imported taxes.
Do ensure that the correct information is provided to the custom if required to prevent from being bounced back. GeneKeyBrush reserved the rights to refund any bounced back shipment.
International shipping time will be determined by the courier side which we are not in control of. However, we will provide the tracking number information for your reference upon shipped out.
Do note that our warranty does not cover for issues related to wear and tear and accidental damage. All matters related to our products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the management reserves the final say on the outcome.
In the scenario that despite our best effort, our design still does not meet your expectation, we will charge a design fee of 100USD and the balance will be refunded back to your paypal account.
